By using the Equilend app (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please stop using the App.

The App is a personal finance tool designed to help you organise your finances and understand your mortgage readiness. It does not constitute financial advice. See our Financial Services Disclaimer for full details.
3. Eligibility
The App is intended for use by Australian residents aged 18 and over.
4. Your data
All financial data is stored locally on your device. You are solely responsible for the security of your device and any data stored on it.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use the App for any unlawful purpose, attempt to reverse-engineer the App, or interfere with its operation.
6. Intellectual property
All content, branding, and software in the App are the property of Equilend or its licensors and are protected by Australian intellectual property laws.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Equilend is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of or reliance on the App or its outputs.
8. Changes to terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
